Locally practicing and teaching yogi specialising in all things pregnancy, postnatal and womb yoga, Emily Hoyle is a mother of three and self care champion.
‘At 19, discovering a yoga mat for the first time was exciting and freeing. I could never have imagined the journey my yoga would take me on , through some of the most physically demanding times of my life so far.
Practising yoga has continued to ground and enliven my daily experience, and I love to share the wisdom of its practises with others.
Yoga is a daily practise and place of expansion for me. My family are my greatest teachers, and together we live our lives to the full, all of its perfection and all of its messiness.
